Do I need a domain name to use an email package?​

Yes. With all our email packages we use your own domain name to personalise your email.

In order to do this, you need to either already have a domain name registered or register a new one during the checkout process.

Can I move between accounts between the cPanel, Business & Enterprise email solutions?

You can upgrade within the same package type. For example, you have the Business Email Starter package with 6 mailboxes you can add extra mailboxes within your control panel.

Will I be able to check my email on all my devices?

You’ll be able to use your email accounts on any device that has a standard IMAP/SMTP email client or web browser. That includes any desktop computer or laptop and also tablets and mobile devices (doesn’t matter if it’s running Android, iOS or Windows).  If you have multiple devices, your email will be synced across all the devices automatically.

Can I buy and use hosted email if my domain name is registered elsewhere?

Yes. You will need to make some changes to the DNS records for your domain name, but once these changes have been made your email service will be active.

Do I need to have Web Hosting to use the email service?

No, hosting is not required. All you need is a domain name.
